You are supposed to upload a picture of the front and back of you ID (drivers license..etc.). I've tried letting it take the photo online, as well as uploading it from my pictures. Every time it tells me that it "can't verify my ID". You can try up to 4 times and, after that, you have to wait 6 hours to try again. The only other way you can do it is go to an actual post office in person.
Anyone what dealing with this, and did you finally get it done? If so, how?
