"... We have a truck that brings our mail every morning and sometimes it doesn’t run until 8 or 9 o’clock. If the truck brings the mail late, more than likely the carrier isn’t getting out on time, which leads to your mail being delivered late. As a matter of fact, just this morning (Dec. 17), our truck didn’t bring mail until 11 o’clock. ..."
