3 NYC postal workers dragged unconscious coworker into mail truck where one attempted to rape her: indictment

"Daniel Jean, 38; Kirt Acala, 38; and Edward Chou, 40, have all been indicted on the alleged sexually motivated kidnapping of their colleague — with Jean additionally facing rape charges... The victim told police officers that she felt woozy and lost consciousness during the birthday celebration at the 14th Street post office where they all worked — just as the three depraved mailmen allegedly set upon her.

Unable to stand or fully hold her head up, the victim said she was molested

Former Mass. postal worker pleads guilty to stealing ‘hundreds’ of pieces of mail, thousands in money orders

Michael Murray, 37, of Lynn will be sentenced in February. ...A former clerk for the United States Postal Service in Revere and Melrose admitted on Monday to stealing hundreds of pieces of mail in 2023, authorities announced. Michael Murray, 37, of Lynn pleaded guilty to one count of theft of mail matter by an employee and one count of theft of government money in federal court, according to the office of U.S. Attorney Leah Foley. He was previously indicted by a grand jury last year. "
