Firms offer postal discounts

Postal employee gets death for skimming $937,000
Thanh Nien Daily, Vietnam - A court in the southern province of Bac Lieu yesterday sentenced a former treasurer of the local post office to death for embezzling over VND15 billion (US$937,000).
