Women can be prosecuted for taking abortion pills, says Alabama attorney general
"“Promoting the remote prescription and administration of abortion pills endangers both women and unborn children,” Marshall said in an email. “Elective abortion—including abortion pills—is illegal in Alabama. Nothing about the Justice Department’s guidance changes that. Anyone who remotely prescribes abortion pills in Alabama does so at their own peril: I will vigorously enforce Alabama law to protect unborn life.”...Officials at the U.S. Department of Justice issued an opinion that carriers with the U.S. Postal Service could deliver pills in states that banned abortion. The new rules will expand access through telehealth and mail-order pharmacies but could set up clashes with anti-abortion states such as Alabama. ..."

PMG Louis DeJoy is Saving the Postal Service
"For the postmaster general, that is sort of the point. It is a sign of progress. He inherited a U.S. Postal Service in 2020 that was directionless, losing billions of dollars per year, shedding countless jobs and allowing mail delays to spike, all without a serious plan to turn things around. You may not like what he is doing about it, but he ...will continue pushing forward. He describes his biggest accomplishment as “juicing the place up:” namely, getting his management team and the rest of the 650,000 postal employees to embrace a mindset of change.
And when things go wrong, DeJoy and USPS will course correct. "

Employees will not lose their jobs, but some may have to report a different space. ...DeJoy himself admitted the electric vehicle plan was critical because without it, “we deal with a bunch of crap forever.”“That's why I'm here seven days a week, 15 hours a day,” DeJoy said, “because we are in a race against time.”
