OPINION - Apparently the "Big Announcement" from the United States Postal Service either never existed or maybe just delayed because the bigwigs didn't like the fact that news of an announcement had been leaked in advance. Whatever the case, nothing came to fruition relative to the news. The "Big Announcement" at this point is that there is not a big announcement according to an article over at "The National Spending Journal."
